In the competitive environment of health and social services, customer satisfaction is directly linked to program and service success. One of our speciality areas is developing and conducting client experience surveys for all types of services.

Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging satisfaction surveys measure the experiences of older adults, adults with disabilities, and their family or friend caregivers. Surveys evaluate health care, community and residential services for quality of care, quality of relationships, communication with clients and customer service.

We’ve worked with a wide variety of organizations, including non-profits service agencies, behavioral health services, adult day programs, home-delivered meal programs and senior centers to help them understand what aspects of their services are meeting or exceeding client expectations, and which ares are not effectively

The need to better serve diverse populations of older adults has grown in both awareness and significance. Organizations nationwide are recognizing that, to be truly effective, they must overcome the structural, cultural and communication barriers to service and identify the real needs of racially and ethnically diverse people and those who identify as LGBTQ+.

Our Program and Impact Analysis for Diversity offers a data-driven approach that helps to identify barriers to service with your organization or the programs you offer, highlights opportunities to collect outcome-related data, and supports mechanisms and processes for improvement.

Through the structured program, you will be able to:

• Understand that structural and cultural barriers to service among identified populations
• Break down barriers to promoting and offering culturally relevant/adapted programming
• Make fact-based adaptations to programming and outreach to better achieve impact among diverse community members

Third Party Evaluation services include a comprehensive evaluation of program implementation and outcomes, enabling organizations to participate in funding opportunities with confidence. We provide ultra-quick turnaround on pre-submission evaluation, where we:
